Mann Machines and Hydraulics is proficient in the repair of long wall mining shields and hydraulic supports as well as underground coal mining equipment in Canada and USA. Annually, more than 300 hydraulic supports are repaired at our facility using specialized onsite equipment: large boring mills, burning tables, and automatic bore welders.

Mann Machines and Hydraulics has broad experience in servicing our client’s needs and part of our service is to refurbish, repair and manufacture industrial equipment components. We have refurbished and repaired an extensive range of industrial equipment and the following are examples of some of the more common units we deal with.

As part of our repair service, we recommend structural reinforcements or correction of excessive hinge pin clearances. All work is performed at Swanson facilities, minimizing your costs and downtime.
